CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Determine policies and provide the overall direction of the group of companies within the guidelines set up by a board of directors. Plan, direct, & coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)
Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the company include formulating policies, visions , missions & strategies planning .managing all operations, and planning the company resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of the organization management or administration.

PROJECTS DIRECTOR (PD)
Lead, Plan & direct the organization over all projects management and profitability including executions, installations, purchasing, procurements and office administration. Supervise projects progress with varied skills and have contact with vendors, customers, consultants and clients. Coordinate & manage all projects to execute the projects with targeted best recourses to fulfill them at specified scope, on time and within budget.

CHIEF TENDERING & CONTRACTS (CTC)

Preparing, review, and administrate of contractual proposals relating to construction projects. Preparing bids, queries, negotiating specifications for materials & tasks of activities or other construction services and securing all necessary resources required on time with proper budget. Study & pricing selective tenders to negotiating & got a new prestigious projects.

CHIEF FINANCIAL & ADMINSTRATION (CFA)
Administrate & direct supportive services of an organization and coordinate Financial & Accounts, Administration & Equipments Departments to support all organization requirements. Involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, Cash flow, and leadership technique.

SENIOR PROJECTS MANAGER (SPM)
Co-ordinate & manage all projects resources to Execute the projects with targeted best recourses to fulfill them at specified scope, on time and within budget (total quality) in accordance with MESC procedures to met client satisfactions.

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Execute the project with targeted best recourses to fulfill them at specified scope, on time and within budget in accordance with MESC procedures to meet client satisfactions.

HSE MANAGER (HSEM)
Plan, implement, and coordinate health, safety and environmental programs procedures and regulations requiring application of engineering principles and technology to provide a safety & healthy working environmental that is free from recognized hazards for all employees.

QA/QC MANAGER (QACM)
Development and implement of the Quality Management System throughout all Company business process. Committed to the principle of Total Quality Management which aims to achieve through Quality Planning, Quality Improvement and Quality Control. Implementing an effective quality management system conforms to ISO9001/2000 requirements.

MEP MANAGER (MEPM)
Implement, manage and coordinate MEP works with construction works for all projects requiring application of engineering principles and technology to support all projects managers by evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings, materials, methods and design comments to execute the projects smoothly. Involve in the testing & commissioning, handing over & maintenance plans.
